about

Hi, I’m Dr. Kaitlynn Bronte

“Here I am… sharing my hobbies, gifts, and joy with the world. This includes spending one-on-one time with people, listening to them, laughing with them, “seeing them” behind the mask, and the list goes on. As a committed student for life, I continue to learn new ways and grow upon more understandings of the body, the mind, and the soul. I am truly humbled by the infinite amounts of wisdom available to us in this world. Alas, It is time to appreciate all that I have learned and share this with the world.”

Dr. Kaitlynn Bronte is a naturopathic doctor with a passion for helping patients achieve optimal mental health and lifestyle full of vitality. She received her Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and Cognitive Science from the University of Arizona and went on to obtain her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Masters of Science in Integrative Mental Health from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon.

With an emphasis in Mental Health, Dr. Bronte's interest began during her undergraduate studies, where she experienced the life changing and positive results of supporting her vitality through the efforts of the mind. As a very anxious and sensitive child, and now adult, She has gained wisdom through experiencing life through this lens. This experience inspired her to pursue a career in naturopathic medicine, where she could integrate natural therapies with conventional approaches to mental health.

As a naturopathic doctor, Dr. Bronte emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach to mental health, which includes addressing factors such as nutrition, sleep, exercise, and stress management. She also utilizes a variety of natural therapies, including botanical medicine, homeopathy, and hypnosis, to help her patients achieve mental and vital homeostasis.

Dr. Bronte is currently working under mentorship with Dr. Miranda Costa (information below), who is known for her incredible work as a Proficiency Partner in working with patients with Mold. Mental Health and Mindfulness Support

“It is important for me to understand how your nervous system works and impacts your daily life, your perspectives, and how your body functions. I believe our emotions, and our mind is affected by our physical experiences, emotional experiences, our personality, our physical health, and our soul or higher self. I believe it is important to have multiple tools to support people along this journey including body work, muscle testing, hypnosis, talk therapy, nutrition, herbal therapies, listening, and most importantly love and kindness. Everyone has a different language of needing support. ”

As Dr. Bronte has her Masters in Integrative Mental Health, she has been trained in psychotherapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, psychodynamic, mind-fullness meditations, and Neuro Emotional Technique.
